Kat Cooks: Pretzel Candy Hearts

So, there I was.. pinning, as usual. I'm all about quick and easy pinterest recipes, so I saw this one and though. Yup, I can totally do that.

Pretzel Candy Hearts. Perfect for Valentines day :)

What you need:

Hershey Hugs

Mini Twisty Pretzels (original used mini pretzel squares)

Valentines M&Ms

Preheat your oven to a whopping 200 degrees, now you're going to roll out some parchment paper and lay it down on a cookie sheet. Now take as many pretzels are your heart desires and lay them flat on the paper. Going on to the tedious part.. Unwrapping those Hershey Hugs! One you did that, pop one of those on top of each mini pretzel! Like this:

Stick them in the oven for about 3-5 minutes. You don't want the hugs to melt completely, but you want them to be soft. So make sure and keep an eye on them. Once they are all nice and soft, take them out of the oven and press a single M&M into each Hershey Hug.

Aww, look how pretty and pink! So cute, and look like little hearts for Valentines Day! I stuck mine in the fridge to harden up a bit before I ate one! They are soo yummy!

All of my credit for this yummy snack goes to the original recipe over at g*rated. Thanks!
